In the event that you receive the product and it has any factory defect, the product will be replaced immediately with another product, with the company bearing the shipping price.
If the malfunction is due to misuse, either a break in the product or a damage resulting from a misuse of the product, the product will not be returned or repaired.
The customer is entitled to a refund if the order is canceled before receiving it, but the shipping price will be deducted in the event that the order goes out with the shipping company.
The refund process takes 15 working days.
